Position: Sales Associate We are expanding our team and seek a driven Sales Associate who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Core Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
