Position: Sales Rep EI We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Sales Rep EI to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Scope of Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
