Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation.
