Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
