Responsibilities Include: Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
