Position: Branch Sales Manager An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Branch Sales Manager to contribute to our mission. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
