Key Responsibilities: Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
