Position: Sales Manager Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
