Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Candidate Requirements: Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology.
