Position: Business Developers/Program Leaders We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Business Developers/Program Leaders to join our dynamic and growing team. The candidate will join a globally connected team that prizes diverse perspectives and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
