Position: B2B Sales Manager We are on the lookout for a well-rounded B2B Sales Manager to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Core Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
