Position: PORK FOODSERVICE OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned PORK FOODSERVICE OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Main Accountabilities: Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Essential Skills and Experience: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
