Position: Sales Manager We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Sales Manager to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Core Responsibilities: Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Minimum Qualifications: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
