Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Principal Responsibilities: Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Candidate Requirements: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
