Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are expanding our team and seek a driven Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
