Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation. Principal Responsibilities: Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Candidate Requirements: Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
