Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to strengthen our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Professional Requirements: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
