Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Role Responsibilities: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
