Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We invite a proactive and capable Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
