Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
