Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
