Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to strengthen our high-performing team. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Essential Skills and Experience: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
