Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation Join our forward-thinking team as a Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Principal Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
