Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets.
