Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The candidate will join a globally connected team that prizes diverse perspectives and operational excellence. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
