Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Key Skills and Qualifications: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
