Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Professional Requirements: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
