Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Missile Defense Our firm seeks a competent and professional Senior Business Development Manager -Missile Defense for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Role Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
