Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
