Position: Lead Sales Associate/Key Holder We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Lead Sales Associate/Key Holder to join our dynamic and growing team. Duties and Accountabilities: Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Key Skills and Qualifications: Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
