Position: Sales Operations Analyst L3 Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Analyst L3 committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
