Position: Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
