Position: Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Main Accountabilities: Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Essential Skills and Experience: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
