Position: Business Development Intern We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to deliver excellence across key functions. Duties and Accountabilities: Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Key Skills and Qualifications: Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
