Position: Sales Engineer US East We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Sales Engineer US East to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Scope of Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
