Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
