Role Responsibilities: Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
