Position: National Accounts Manager- Random House Children's Books Join our forward-thinking team as a National Accounts Manager- Random House Children's Books and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
