Position: Dental Territory Manager Our firm seeks a competent and professional Dental Territory Manager for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Role Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
