Position: Territory Manager, New Jersey We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Territory Manager, New Jersey to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
