Position: Territory Manager, New Jersey We invite a proactive and capable Territory Manager, New Jersey to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
