Position: Retail Sales Representative A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Retail Sales Representative to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
