Position: Seasonal Retail Sales Associate We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
