Position: Seasonal Sales Associate We invite a proactive and capable Seasonal Sales Associate to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
