Position: Regional Sales Director - NY/NJ We are expanding our team and seek a driven Regional Sales Director - NY/NJ who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Responsibilities Include: Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
