Position: Luxury Boutique Sales Manager We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Luxury Boutique Sales Manager to strengthen our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Professional Requirements: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
