Position: Sales Coordinator We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Scope of Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
