Responsibilities Include: Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
