Position: Inside Sales Manager We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to strengthen our high-performing team. Principal Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Candidate Requirements: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology.
