Position: Sales Representative We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. The candidate will join a globally connected team that prizes diverse perspectives and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Qualifications and Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
